We are looking for at least 5 years of professional experience in all aspects of cooking and baking. Plan, prep and provide 3 quality home cooked meals per day from scratch served family or buffet style while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. It is a one person kitchen and you cook for about 12 guests + 7 staff members. You are responsible for inventory/cost control and in charge of all aspects of ordering for the kitchen. Assist with other ranch jobs as the need arises. Excellent organizational skills, neat appearance, dedicated work ethic, a cheerful personality and outstanding people skills are required.
Housekeeper is responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of all ranch buildings and guest accommodations, guest laundry as well as assistant in the kitchen and dining room. Assist with other ranch jobs such as gardening or ranch hand chores as the need arises. Excellent organizational skills, neat appearance, dedicated work ethic and outstanding people skills are required.
We are looking for wranglers with extensive horsemanship skills and ideally experience working with cattle. You must be safety conscious and provide courteous services to guests at all times. Your ability to complete assigned tasks as set forth by the ranch owners and follow set rules is essential. Current CPR certification and first aid card is a must, veterinarian experience a plus.
Wranglers responsibilities include feeding, grooming, training and basic health care of our horses, keeping all horse tack in good repair, cleaning work areas, saddling and bridling horses for our guests, instructing guests in accordance with our riding program, leading guest rides and participate in other guest activities, working cattle and help with ranch maintenance like fixing fences as well as a willingness to perform other ranch duties as the need arises. Neat, western style appearance and clothing is a necessity.
We are looking to fill a ranch maintenance position from April through October with the opportunity to become a year round position.
The position includes the general up-keep of all the ranch buildings, premises and vehicles including farm and ranch equipment. It requires experience in several skill areas to include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, vehicle maintenance, heavy equipment operation, livestock handling and general ranch operations. The ability to be flexible and act immediately as circumstances arise is important. Other ranch duties include feeding horses and livestock, building and repairing fences, grounds maintenance, landscaping, cutting firewood, building cookout fires, helping with guest activities such as skeet shooting or setting up camp for overnight rides and other ranch chores as assigned. Our ranch hand will also drive guests to various locations on the ranch as well as provide transportation from and to Casper. Therefore, applicants must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record; current CPR certification and first aid card is required.
